Needed a new 7″ articulated head as an emergency because our 6 other heads were on jobs. We fabricated this one in 7 hours. This can be done being a true one stop shop for the industry having our own machine shop and fabrication shop allows us to do what others only pretend they can do.

Very tight tee installation carried out under short shutdown window. This project was on a very critical main and has taken over 2 years from having the order to being able to complete phase 1. Next visit to under pressure tie in to next main. All calculations and fabrication completed by PTS.

Section of 36″ main being remove to allow cap end to be fitted. PTS designed cap end to allow driver to be able to fit in zero visibility conditions after pit floods and levels out to canal level.
